Scope and support: One brand, one location and one connected phone number. AI Sales Operations includes one booking calendar. We confirm phone, messaging and AI usage allowances in your written order before payment. Extra usage or expanded work requires your approval. Business-day support has an initial response target of two business days. Phone and texting depend on compatible routing, required registration and appropriate consent. Ads, purchased leads, MLS/IDX, CRM migration and custom integrations are quoted separately. Results depend on your inquiries and sales process; leads, appointments and closed sales are not guaranteed.

Optional website: $2,500 one-time

Need a better place to send your prospects? Add a website with up to five pages, mobile-friendly design, your branding, copy based on your intake, inquiry forms and two revision rounds. Your existing website can also work with either service. The optional build is $1,250 to begin and $1,250 after approval, before launch. Monthly service is separate.

How Setup Works

We review your current tools, inquiry sources and phone setup, then confirm your scope, usage allowances and launch schedule before payment. Phone registration and third-party approvals can affect timing. Your first service month begins at activation; renewals follow monthly. An optional website has its own build and approval schedule.

2. Complete the setup wizard

Share your business details, approved answers, hours, booking preferences and staff handoffs. Add website assets only if you chose the website build.

3. Test, approve and launch

We test the agreed response, routing and booking steps with you. After approval, we activate your service and begin ongoing checks.
