Information we receive

We receive information you choose to provide, including your name, business email and phone, business type and service area, website address, project preferences, supplied assets and correspondence. Stripe processes payment information and provides us with order, payment status and limited payment-method details. Do not enter card numbers, bank details, passwords or client lists in our setup form.

Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, cookies, page activity and transaction events to operate their services, preserve form progress, prevent fraud and maintain security.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, match orders to setup submissions, collect payment, prepare and deliver your website and service, provide support, maintain business records and protect against misuse. Submitting a setup form does not enroll you in a marketing text campaign.

Service providers and sharing

We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for this website, forms and customer records, Stripe for payment processing, and communication providers to correspond with you. Information is shared with providers as needed to operate and deliver the service, or when required by law. Their own privacy notices describe their processing: HighLevel privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. Necessary providers may process those details to deliver the services you request.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information by emailing Jen. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for accounting, contractual obligations, dispute resolution or law. You can choose not to complete optional fields and manage cookies through your browser, although some site functions may be affected.

We retain project and customer records while needed to provide the service and meet these obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Please use the access-sharing method we arrange with you rather than sending passwords by email or form.

Client lead data

If you become a customer, any processing of your prospects' information is configured separately according to your instructions and the agreed service scope. Depending on your selected features, approved service providers may process inquiry messages, booking details, and call recordings or transcripts to support AI responses and staff handoffs. We confirm the features and required notices before activation. You are responsible for appropriate permissions and disclosures for your business. The sales setup wizard is not intended to collect your prospects' personal information.
